Hey look! I'm finally posting a journal! Awesome! I've cleared up my schedule quite a bit--got a lot of things done! I'm pretty gloomy though because we have to go back to school on Tuesday and it is Semester test time, yuck. Also I have another Honor's Choir going on in January, so I need to review the music! I spent my new year alone with my dog. It was...yeah, sad. But on the bright side, I have Skyward Sword! Which always makes me so happy! I'm tired. Oh so tired. I've been going going going for so long now. I just need to crash. First off, I made my state's AllState chorus...excited about that! Except I have to learn all of the music by the 26th! Ugh... Also, I started Cello lessons. There is a funny story about that--my friend and I were waiting backstage at a talent show to go on an sing. The performer before us was a twelve year old cellist, and it was beautiful. I told my friend "If I could play any instrument other that piano (I've been playing for ten years now) then I would play the cello." My friend looked me in the eye and said "Why don't you just take lessons?"  ...

I'm sore and tired. But content, I suppose. School has started, and my backpack is heavy enough to topple me if I lean the wrong way. I almost don't mind starting school; summer was starting to bore me and it's nice to have a "life" again. Also I'm trying out for THREE big choirs this year (singing/art is my life) so my voice is killing me. I haven't had much time for drawing D: which makes me sad and very stressed out! But slowly I'm getting things done.
